The Date of Birth validation has been enhanced now so that the system can use the selected appointment date instead of "today" to validate the date of birth or the age of the user. With this enhancement, the users who are younger than the acceptable age limit at the time of booking but would meet it on the selected appointment date would be allowed to create a booking. To accommodate this use case, the Option Format of the question in Salesforce now accepts the value like NoteThis enhanced Date of Birth validation is only applicable for the Individual Booking and Small Group Booking flow. It is not supported for the Large Group Booking flow yet. |
