What’s New?
- The Inactive Sleepover component in a Job is now taken into account when calculating the scheduled hours. For example, if the total duration of a sleepover job is 12 hours and the sleepover period is 8 hours, only 4 hours will be attributed to the Resources scheduled hours. This change applies to all Resources when calculating their Scheduled Hours or the Scheduled Hours on the consoles.
The sleepover duration can be set using a Custom setting Sleepover_Duration_min. This duration is in minutes and applies to all jobs marked as sleepover. To turn on the custom setting go to setup > Custom metadata types > Healthcare Settings > Sleepover_Duration_min.
- If a client's Other address is changed from the Lumary contact record, then all future Single Booking jobs associated with that client will be updated with the new address. (This does not apply if the Region is changed on the contact record, for other address types or job types)
- When rescheduling jobs via drag and drop on the Roster Management Console, the Time of Day Check will show if the job is moved to a time that does not correspond with the service selected for that job. For example, if the job is using a service that is only available on Sunday and the job has been rescheduled to Tuesday, the time of day check will show.
- When replicating a roster on the Roster Management console, if there are conflicts with the Time of Day, you can choose to proceed with one of the following options:
- ALL JOBS: Ignore the Time of Day conflicts, create all of the jobs.
- COVERED JOBS: Only create Jobs whose dates/times correspond to the Time of Day on the related Service.
- NO JOBS: Do not create any of the jobs scheduled.
An email will then be sent out that contains a list of jobs with the corresponding Time of Day violation. The recipients of this email can be set using the custom setting Services_Time_Of_Day_Check_Group. For more details on how to schedule Time of Day violation emails, please refer to your CSM.
- When a job is cancelled and falls within the “late cancellation" time period, an activity will be created in place of the cancelled job. This activity can then be used to pay the resource that had been previously allocated to this job. Please refer to your CSM if you would like to enable this option.
Issues Fixed
- When adding an all day availability from the Resource Roster Console, an error will no longer occur.
- An issue has been fixed where client service agreement information on a group event that has been edited is lost after refreshing the Group Event page.
- The duration field in the schedule job window is no longer highlighted in red, indicating mandatory field, when using a valid value while scheduling a job.
- Time of day check popup is no longer displayed when creating a recurring job if a time of day conflict has not occurred.
