A new setting(Type: textarea (255))calledProfanity checker Optionshas been added to the Location Settings. This setting is for configuring a job to run triggering theRejectprocess for profanity jobs. The job will moveOn Holdjobs toCancelled.

The setup uses the following format:

scheduledTime: 11:20am

hoursAfter: 1

• scheduledTimeis the time of the day that you want the job to be scheduled.

• hoursAfteris a number value, defining the point at which the process will run, updating the selected jobs toCancelled status.
  For example, if thehoursAfteris defined as 24, all the job records that were created more than 24 hours ago are selected to call the AWS API to update the status.

Note

The two variables are separated by a new line ('\r\n'or'\n'). In the field, after defining one variable, press Enter, then define the second variable.

To run this function to schedule the batch job, openDeveloper Console → Debug → Open Execute Anonymous Windowuse the script as below:

To check Scheduled Jobs, openSetup -> Environments -> Jobs -> Scheduled Jobs.

A new field called Expiry Date (skedbg__Expiry_Date__c) has been introduced to the Vaccine Supply object. Salesforce Administrators can now set an expiration date for each vaccine supply, rather than waiting for the supply to reach 0.

If the Expiry Date is not visible in your environment, you might be using a custom page layout.

If this is the case, you will need to add it to the Vaccine Supply page layout first.
