Skedulo Booking Application Release Notes v22.48.0

We've updated the SyncConfig variable to accomodate new syntax for ShowIf and HideIf. This new syntax is parsed from the AnswerOptions field in salesforce, and saved into Optionsfield within AWS.

The question types that support this change are:

• SingleSelect
• GroupSize
• AdditionalFluVaccinationCheckbox

As we've added ShowIfand HideIf to the Options field, the new Picklist question schema should look like this:
