Context:
This is part of Skedulo Configs in Custom Setting. If set to true, whitelisted resources on Client's Account will be considered when showing in Available Resources section in Single Booking
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Enable_Whitelisted_Resource_On_Booking" setting
Description: If set to true, whitelisted resources on Client's Account will be considered when showing in Available Resources section in Single Booking
Value
+ Possible Value: true, false
+ Default Value: false
For example:
1. Given this setting is set to false
2. From the Job Edit /Allocation - the list of all resources is displayed normally in a job for Account John Dow Household
3. Create a new Account Resource Score for the above Account and Resource is Mary Jones. Whitelisted checkbox is set to ON.
4. Go to Custom setting > Skedulo Config: set the Enable_Whitelisted_Resource_On_Booking to true
5. Navigate back to the Job Edit /Allocation and Refresh Available Resources: Only Mary Jones is displayed.
Note that the resource availability is still being considered. If Mary Jones is not available for that job, Mary Jones will not show in the list.
There is a new feature that displays the whitelisted resource with an highlight. It is introduced in Healthcare package version 1.205. This feature only works when Enable_Whitelisted_Resource_On_Booking is set to false
