AUHC Custom Setting: RM_Allow_Manage_Shift

Context: 

Enable the ability to manage (create, update shift) in Roster Management

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting

4. Find the "RM_Allow_Manage_Shift" setting

Description:

true: allow to manage shift on Roster Management

false: not allow to manage shift on Roster Management

Value:

Possible values: true/false

If RM_Allow_Manage_Shift = false -> the shift option will not be shown

If RM_Allow_Manage_Shift = true -> the shift option will be shown to allow view shift, create and update shift.

Note: The Roster Management page should be reloaded after the setting is changed.
