Context:
When a resource has annual leave and scheduler go and book a recurring job or replicating a roster, the annual leave isn't taken into account and the Job is still created and allocated to that Resource
We create a custom to determine if Approved Unavailability will cause the Job Allocation to be unallocated from the resource when replicating or recurring jobs. And a trigger is created so that when a job is created as part of a recurring schedule or as part of the roster replication process, Approved Unavailability Removal = true and the resource has a Unavailability record approved for any part of the jobs duration, the Job Allocation will be in a status of deleted for that resource and the Job will be in a pending allocation status.
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Allow_Unavailability_Removal" setting
Description:
