Introduced new location search variable called enbleOrderByDistanceStrictMode

When set to  true, it will strictly order locations by distance, regardless of whether the locations have vaccine supplies or not

When set to false, it applies another sort by vaccine id. The locations which have vaccine supplies at the top of the results set, and the locations with no vaccine supplies towards the bottom

We have introduced a new message key for the reschedule booking flow called rescheduleAppointment.pageDescription, it will be shown on the Appointment Select page as a page description.

This message key won’t be shown by default until the message key has been configured
