Skedulo has a Availability Patterns feature implemented in the Skedulo core product to replace the current Availability Template
The new Availability Pattern needs to be integrated into the AU Healthcare Product so as to be able to display and use the new Availability Pattern
A new Availability pattern endpoint is available for integration
The new Availability Patterns sits behind an Feature Flag and customers will be enabled on a customer by customer basis as there is a requirement to check individual customer customisations with reference to availabilty logic
Note: Customers must use the Skedulo Web App to make use of the new Availability Patterns feature. No provision will be made in the AU Healthcare Product for adding Availability Patterns.
Switch the current Availability Template endpoint to use the new Availability Pattern endpoint
Update relevant AU Healthcare Product logic to make use of the new endpoint
Enable so that only customers who have the relevant Feature Flag enabled will be using the new Availabilty Patterns endpoint
If this setting Enable_Template_Availability_Callout is set to true: Customers can use the new Availability Patterns in Skedulo Web App to create availability/unavailability for resources and these are accessed and used successfully in the AU Healthcare Product.
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Enable_Template_Availability_Callout" setting
Set to true to enable Skedulo Simple Availability callout to load availability from template.
Allow Availability Pattern appear both on Skedulo web app, and all consoles (Healthcare RRC and RMC)
