Context:
You might find yourself in a situation where you want to be able to identify not only that a tag is missing, but which tag is it exactly, so that you can be able to evaluate how critical the missing tag is to make the best decision for reallocation/ weighting the tags.
Custom setting Allow_Show_Missing_Tag
- Value: True/false
+ If the setting is True: When scheduler is hovering over the Job Details then the user will be able to see the line as the above design and List of Missing tags (ordered by weight or A-Z)
+ If the setting is False: Missing tags are not displayed
- Default value: True
If setting Allow_Show_Missing_Tag=true and Exception_Level = Resource: When scheduler hovers on the Job Details then the user will be able to see the line as the above design and List of Missing tags of the resource.
Example: Job -001 has two allocated resources, Resource A and Resource B
- Resource A: Missing Driving, First Aid tag
- Resource B: Missing Soft Skill tag
When scheduler hovers on the Job detail at Resource A record then the List of Missing tags on the Job card is missing Driving and First Aid as below design:
If setting Allow_Show_Missing_Tag=true and Exception_Level = Event: When scheduler hovers on the Job Details then the user will be able to see the line as the above design and List of Missing tags of the Job.
As an example above it means the List of Missing tags on the Job card is Driving, First Aid, Soft Skill
