AUHC Custom Setting: Preferred_Hours_Field_Name

Context:

You might find yourself in a situation where you want to see a Resources Preferred Hours (along with their Scheduled and Contracted ) hours so that you can make informed decisions on who to assign to a job.

A custom setting will control what additional numeric field next to the Scheduled hours for a Resource
If the custom setting has a value then this will be shown. The resource record will have a corresponding field to capture this value.

• Show_Preferred_Hours
  • default value: false
• Preferred_Hours_Field_Name
  • default value: skedhealthcare__Preferred_Hours__c

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Healthcare Scheduling Settings" setting

4. Find the "Preferred_Hours_Field_Name" setting
