What’s New
Conditional Display of Additional Fields
Enable conditional fields on the job creation Modal by creating and managing a set of dependencies between them. The conditional field is only displayed when a set of conditions is met.
To set up the Set of conditions on a Conditional Field:
- Set Up > Custom Settings > Skedulo Additional Field > Select Additional field name.
- In the field named “Display Condition” define the condition(s) to determine when the field being edited will be displayed (see example of conditions below)
Example:
- We have 2 additional fields: Sleepover hour ( text), Sleepover ( checkbox), and Sleepover hour will be displayed if Sleepover is true
- Sleepover hour :
- Hidden: true ( default "Sleepover hour" field will be hidden) ;
- Display Condition: $addition.skedhealthcare__Sleepover__c == true
( $addition + "." + "Field Api Name" )
- We have 2 additional fields: Sleepover hour ( text), Service Setting ( picklist ), and Sleepover hour will be displayed if Service Setting is "Video".
- Sleepover hour :
- Hidden: true ( default "Sleepover hour" field will be hidden) ;
- Display Condition: $addition. skedhealthcare__Location_Type__c == "Video"( $addition + "." + "Field Api Name" )
Admin’s are able to define many conditions and relate the conditions with AND/OR relationships.
Contact your CSM for more information on how these can be set up.

Issues Fixed
- An issue has been fixed when scheduling group event jobs. When Scheduling a job for some clients, users are stopped at selecting Category, the field and data are not shown up entirely (even though they have SD items on their contact records).
- The Job completed time was not always being captured on the JA when completing the job from the scheduling console
- When adding or removing a client from a Group Event, the attendee list is not reflecting the change and a Salesforce limit error was being displayed.
- Follow-up jobs were only copying partial HCP single booking details to the new job
- When adding a value set for payable_availability_types that is too long, the text field of the custom setting limits and only allows 255 maximum length. This has been extended.
- Contact your CSM to enable a new feature to support this
