AUHC Custom Setting: Global_DistanceTravelledSplit

Context:

There are two cases when populating the Total Km Travel value to Service Delivered records depending on this setting "Global_DistanceTravelledSplit":

• When the "Global_DistanceTravelledSplit" = ‘ALL’, each Service Delivered is allocated the Total Km Travel value when the job is complete.

• When the "Global_DistanceTravelledSplit" = ‘SPLIT’, each Service Delivered receives their split of the Total Km Travel value (Total Km Travel / number of Service Delivered records) when the job is complete.

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting

4. Find the "Global_DistanceTravelledSplit" setting:

Description:

If ALL is selected then each Service Delivered is allocated the Actual Distance Travelled when the job is complete

If SPLIT is selected then each Service Delivered receives their split of the Actual Distance Travelled when the job is complete
