AUHC Custom Setting: SC_Account_Record_Types

Context:

Defines the Account record types that are used to filter on when searching Account in Service Management Console

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting

4. Find the "SC_Account_Record_Types" setting

Description:

Define the record types Developer Name to filter when searching for Account in SMC. Using ";" as delimiter

Value: text

Possible values: Household;Agency_Other

Ex: Only Household record type Accounts are showing in the search box
