AUHC Custom Setting: Minimum_Service_Item_Duration

Define the minimum Service Item duration in minutes when scheduling a new single and group event job.

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting

4. Find the "Minimum_Service_Item_Duration" setting

Descriptions:

The minimum Service Item duration in minutes when scheduling a new single and group event job.

Value:

+ Possible Value: A number with 0 decimal place.

+ Default Value: 15
