Context:
Currently the client details form pulls through all case notes stored on the Lumary Case Notes object to the mobile. This is causing the form not to load and at times crash.
Solution:
Allow customer to set the number of case notes they would like to pull through from the Lumary object via a custom setting. By default this should be set to all.
Currently case notes are displaying in alphabetical order from the first letter of the case note name
Solution
Case notes should display in chronological order (The date order in which they were created): From most recent at the top to least at the bottom
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Number_Of_Visible_Case_Notes" setting
Descriptions:
The number of visible case notes shows in the client detail detail on mobile.
Value:
+ Possible Value: A number with 0 decimal place.
+ Default Value: 10
Example:
Set the Number_Of_Visible_Case_Notes = 5
