Context:
You might find yourself where you want Resources to be automatically removed from Jobs/Shifts and Activities for the period of Unavailability when its been approved.
Currently, we have these custom settings:
- Unavailability_Type_In_Res_Removal: This setting controls what Unavailability types will trigger the deletion process.
- Allow_Unavailability_Removal: This setting determines if the trigger (to remove resources as a result of unavailability being approved) is activated.
- Object_Types_In_Resource_Removal: This setting determines what objects will be deleted (shifts, job allocation, or activities).
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Object_Types_In_Resource_Removal" setting
Descriptions:
Records that will be deleted when a Unavailability record is approved. Separated by ",". Possible values: 1) Job Allocations 2) Resource Shifts 3) Activities
Value:
