Context:
This setting helps you to define which Case Notes type will be visible in the Skedulo Mobile App.
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting
4. Find the "Visible_Case_Notes" setting
Description:
Define Case Notes' Record Types visible on SkedX which is either 'All' or a list of developer names separated by commas. For example: 'All' or 'Clinical_Note' or 'Clinical_Note,Note'
Possible Values:
+ Possible Value:
- Any Case Notes type in your organisation. For example: 'Clinical_Note' or 'Clinical, Activity'
- All: Input this to show all Case Notes type on Moible App
+ Default Value: All
