Context:
After adding a new Activity type to the Activity object, please remember to add it to the Skedulo Shift Type Setting also.
For end-to-end processes to work correctly, all Activity lists must contain the same list of items
How to access the setting:
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"
3. Find the "Skedulo Shift Type Setting" setting > Click Manage
4. Find the "Activities" view

This is the page you can input the properties of the new Activity

Note:
You still need to do one more step: adding the activity to the Sked Timesheet Setting in order to see this activity in the Timesheet Console.
