AUHC Custom Setting: Skedulo Shift Type Setting - Activity – Skedulo

Context:

After adding a new Activity type to the Activity object, please remember to add it to the Skedulo Shift Type Setting also.

For end-to-end processes to work correctly, all Activity lists must contain the same list of items

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Shift Type Setting" setting > Click Manage

4. Find the "Activities" view

Clicking New button to add new Activity:

This is the page you can input the properties of the new Activity

Important fields:

Field	Function
Name	Name of the activity setting
Category	The console you want this activity to be displayed Please review the table below for more details
Shift Type	The actual name of the activity that you will see in the consoles
Background Color	Control the dot's color you see in the consoles

Configure the ‘Category’ field as the following for the individual consoles

Note:

You still need to do one more step: adding the activity to the Sked Timesheet Setting in order to see this activity in the Timesheet Console.
