AUHC Custom Setting: SC_Unpaid_Break_Minute

Context:

Defines the minutes of unpaid break that will be deducted in the scheduled hours in Service Management Console.

How to access the setting:

1. Go to "Setup"

2. In the search box, input "Custom Settings"

3. Find the "Skedulo Configs" setting

4. Find the "SC_Unpaid_Break_Minute" setting

Description:

Define the Unpaid Break value in minutes

Value: number

Possible values: 30, 60...

If SC_Unpaid_Break_Minute = 0: the Scheduled Hours is not deducted.

If SC_Unpaid_Break_Minute = 60: the Scheduled Hours is deducted 60 minutes.
