Bug Fix 1 - Timesheet Approval when Leave event is associated to a Project code |
A defect fix implemented for approving timesheets when the Leave event is associated with a project code but the package restricts progress of approval with a Null Object reference error
How it works ? As an Administrator 1. A new setting has been introduced in the "2c9 Integration Package" called "Enable LE Project Code" 2. Amend the "Enable Leave event Project code" setting to "True" or "False" in the Package Custom Settings area based on the business need to have a Project code linked to Leave event
As a Scheduler 1. Create a Job and associated with a Project code 2. Create a leave request (unavailability) that overlaps with the job. 3. Approve the leave request to generate a Leave Event 4. Approve the timesheet as normal 5. The 2c9 timesheet is successfully generated with the Project code and the Leave type information populated when the "Enable Leave Event" setting in the package is set to "true" 6. The 2c9 timesheet is successfully generated with the Project code and the Leave type information populated when the "Enable Leave Event" setting in the package is set to "false" As a 2c9 Payroll officer 1. Continue to process the generated 2c9 timesheet from Skedulo as normal to progress with Payment to the employee.

Bug Fix 2 - Timesheet Approval when Leave dates are outside of the timesheet period |
A defect fix implemented to manage a scenario of leave being outside of the approval timesheet period Scenario: A timesheet period in Skedulo with Jobs contained for approval via the timesheet console 1. Timesheet period: 17/4/23 - 30/4/23 2. Leave event created: 1/5/23 12am - 7am Expected Result: upon successful timesheet approval process in Skedulo, the Leave event must be sent to the next timesheet period. Actual Result: The leave event is associated to current timesheet period instead causing the timesheet unable to be approved in Skedulo How is this fixed ? Leave Event generation code has been amended with the following design changes:
