What’s New
Select End Date and End Time when creating job
- When selecting job time, schedulers are now able to use End Date and End Time instead of the Duration.
- Custom setting Skedulo Configs / Enable_End_Date_Time needs to be set to “true” to enable End Date and End Time fields, else the Duration field is enabled.
Note: This feature is applicable on all Schedule Job and Job Edit windows, except the window on Service Management Console.
Balance Check accounting for three levels (SA, Category and SAI) and their Overclaim settings
- In the current state, the balance check has been looking at the remainder of the Service Agreement Item to determine when the budget is exceeded.
- This update introduces new logic for the balance check process:
- Each Service Agreement has a hierarchy level starting with Service Agreement then Category then Service Agreement Item. Each level can have its own budget and overclaim setup.
- When creating jobs, all three budgets will be taken into account to determine which one(s) has exceeded the limit.
- On the budget that has exceeded its limit, the system will continue checking the Overclaim setting (Allow, Warn, Prevent), in order to display the message and the resolution action appropriately (allowed creating all jobs or only covered jobs).
- When there are more than one over-limit budgets, the system will prioritise the one with the highest over-limit numbers to warn the schedulers. This will prevent more ineligible jobs being created by mistake.
- Examples can be found in Appendix 1.
- To enable the new balance check logic, go to custom setting:
- Skedulo Configs / Check_Balance_All_Three_Levels / set to “true”, else current state will remain as is.
Issues Fixed
- Optional picklist fields when editing jobs can now be deselected with a blank value.
- Group Event Coordinator field has been updated to only display contacts that have Record Type Name equal to Employee, previously it displayed contacts with Record Type Name equals to Client.
- Actual Travel Distance (Kms) field on the Timesheet Console was not showing the correct value due to rounding up rule. This issue has been fixed with the value now being rounded up to two decimal places (similar to Total Km Travel with Client in Job Allocation).
- When the service selected is Activity Based Transport, after the job is completed, the Fixed Quantity was being overridden in the JSI by the value captured in Actual Transport Distance (km) field in the Travel with Participants section of Mobile App or Timesheet Console.
- To prevent Fixed Quantity from being overridden, a new custom setting Skedulo Configs / Auto_Populate_Transport_Jsi needs to be set to “false”.
- If schedulers manually input a JSI’s time that is outside of the job time, even though the new time is saved successfully, on the UI it’s limited to the time range of the job, hence the incorrect data was displayed. This issue has been fixed.
- When updating SA and SAI from the Service Agreement Management Console, if there are two SAs with the same ID (one is current, one is expired, it occurs when a contract is rolled over), the changes would fail to update. This issue has been fixed.
- Client Details Form on Mobile app where showing all plans and goals with no filters. An update has been made to refine the data and only show what is linked to the client.
- Replicating shifts will no longer be populated with the actual times from the source shifts. These actual times are now blank.
- Historical Case Notes field on the Mobile app was cut off on a certain day and was not showing the latest data. This issue has been fixed.
- When creating a group event job with over 200 participants, an issue happened when an update to that list was made and it could not be saved.
- JSI's times reset to default after updating. This issue has been fixed when updating job from Group Event Template, Contact, Client Availability Console in this release (this issue was fixed on three main consoles, RRC, RMC and HSC last release).
