What’s New
Cancelling recurring jobs on multiple consoles
- Selecting “Cancel Job” in below consoles now supports cancelling recurring jobs
- Resource Calendar
- Resource Roster Console
- Scheduling Console
- The behaviour is similar to cancelling recurring jobs available on Roster Management Console to maintain the consistency.
- Schedulers can specify cancellation reasons (mandatory), cancellation note (optional), billable.
NB : The Same Billing logic will be applied when cancelling jobs from these console
- There are three options to cancel the recurrence:
- Same weekday
- Following events
- All events
Additional resources per page options and ability to set a default
- The resources per page options are extended from 10, 15, 20, 50 to 10, 15, 20, 50, 75, 100.
- New custom setting determines the default resources per page option:
- Skedulo Configs > Default_Page_Size_Option
- The default is 10
- This feature is applicable on:
- Scheduling Console
- Resource Roster Console
Notes:
- Resources per page options are not configurable due to performance concerns when loading large quantities of data.
Saved filters on Scheduling Console
- Filters can now be saved on the Scheduling Console for quick access and population when accessing the screen the next time. Schedulers can click the “Save Filter” button, this will save the current filter and disregard the previous filter that was saved (only one filter can be saved which will act as the default view when loading the console).
- When schedulers first launch the console, the saved filters will automatically be populated.
- If there have been Ad Hoc changes made to the saved filter and you want to revert back to the Saved Filter parameters, schedulers need to click the “Populate saved filters” button. This will revert back to the Saved filter and disregard any changes that were made to it.
Filter to show only approved leaves on Scheduling Console
- On the console, there is a toggle “Approved Act/Avail?”. The toggle is defaulted to false meaning all availabilities and activities will be displayed.
- Users can switch on the toggle, only availabilities and activities with status equal to Approved will then be displayed.
- Remaining a behaviour on the user interface, all calculated figures, Scheduled Hours, Total Cost, Budgeted Hours, Budgeted Cost, remain unchanged, even when only approved records are shown.
- NB: In the next release there will be a fix that will only support Approved Availability
- The Custom Setting : Skedulo Healthcare Value Set can control what Activities / Availabilities are shown. If none are added to this setting, all types will be shown
Calendar interface when creating activity or availability
- When creating an Availability or Activity, schedulers can recur these using the Calendar interface, similar to creating recurring jobs.
- This feature is applicable when creating from:
- Scheduling Console
- Resource Roster Console
Program field on job service item
- New “Program” field has been added to the job service item when creating jobs or when adding group event attendees onto the template.
- A Program is set up against a Service/Site, so if the Service and Site has a Program set up against it in Lumary, this will be shown in the Service Details.
Auto populating job service line item values
- When working through adding client details to a job, if there is only one dropdown option on a required field, the option will automatically be selected, which will save time when scheduling jobs.
- This behaviour will be applicable on below fields:
- Delivery Method
- Category
- Service
- Site
- Program
- Service Agreement Item
- Rate
Removing 255 character limit for Job_Hover_Fields
- Scheduler Healthcare Value Set is employed to eliminate the 255 character limit of Job_Hover_Fields on custom setting.
- This feature is effective on the Scheduling Console.
- To enable this new feature:
- Custom Setting / Skedulo Configs / Enable_Job_Hover_Fields_Value_Set needs to set to “true” (this will switch the setting over to Scheduler Healthcare Value Set)
- Every field to be shown in the hover should have a record created in the Skedulo Healthcare Value Set with a category field equal to “HSC_Job_Hover_Fields”
- If the field is from a Job object, the syntax is “job.field_name”. E.g.: job.skedhealthcare__Client_Accepted__c
- If the field is from a Job Allocation object, the job syntax is “field_name”. E.g.: skedhealthcare__Cost__c
Issues Fixed
- Date format inconsistency MM/DD/YYYY in availability and activity creation form has been updated to DD/MM/YYYY.
- When sleepover jobs are expanded over two time periods, the duration falls in the first period and not split into the second period. This has been fixed, the period’s total hours and the resource’s scheduled hours are now calculated correctly.
- Duplicate timesheets were being created for a resource in the same period. There is an error message now available to inform the schedulers.
- Issue has been fixed to sort case notes on the Client Details form on the mobile app by created date (Most recent first).
- Note: To redeploy the custom form with the fix, please raise a Support Ticket.
- When a group event job is cancelled, group attendees will be marked as “Unattended”.
- Issue has been fixed where ghost jobs that expand over multiple days did not display Job Hover and the job’s end time.
- Blank pages on Timesheet List have been removed.
- Obsolete setting has been disabled and not used on the allocation interface, Enable_Whitelisted_Resource_On_Booking. Schedulers can now use a sorting function to segregate the account or location included resources.
- Issue has been fixed where optional fields did not default to a blank value and displayed more than one blank option on the Service Agreement Management console.
- Issue has been fixed where creating yearly recurring jobs gave false results.
- The “Apply To” field when changing service details for a client on group event jobs is now obsolete and has been disabled.
- Logic has been updated where in the case no settings are added to HSC Value Set, it would be treated as showing all (availability types, activity types) on the Scheduling Console.
- Jobs failed replication because inactive resources were allocated to the jobs. With the fix, the jobs allocated to those resources would be disregarded before commencing the replication process.
