What’s New
Set existing jobs recurring
- When editing an existing job, schedulers now have the ability to convert it into a recurring series.
- “Make Job Recurring” checkbox is visible with the same options as creating a new recurring series.
Ability to exclude sleepover hours from scheduled hours
- When viewing the roster on Scheduling Console, setting is available to exclude sleepover hours from scheduled hours of the entire location and of individual resources.
- To enable this feature:
- Custom Metadata Types / HC_Console_Settings / Resource_Hours_Excluded_Time_Field needs to be set to “skedhcp__Sleepover_Duration_min__c)” (so it’s pointed to the reference of sleepover duration).
- Sleepover duration can be adjusted by going onto Custom Metadata Types / Healthcare Settings / Default / Sleepover Duration (min) (current defaulted to 480 minutes).
Displaying all jobs/shifts of the location regardless of the allocated resource
- When viewing the roster of a location on the Scheduling Console, all jobs or shifts that are scheduled within the location will be displayed even if they are allocated to a resource with no location association.
- Resources with location association and their jobs/shifts remain visible on the roster, as its current state.
- Jobs/shifts that do not associate with the location are considered ghosts and remain disabled/read-only, as its current state.
Freezing resource column when scrolling horizontally
- When viewing the roster on Scheduling Console, the columns containing Resource, Resource Tags information are frozen and always visible when scrolling horizontally to later dates in the future.
