What’s New
Timesheet List filter enhancement
- The existing Timesheet List console has been enhanced to support filtering via a Region or Location(s) or Cost Centre(s).
- Regional managers are able to approve timesheet items of resources who belong to their region:
- The “Filter” dropdown now enables a Region to be selected.
- One Region can be selected at a time.
- Types of timesheet records (jobs, activities, shifts) can also be selected.
- Any resources that have primary or secondary region matching will be displayed, their matching timesheet records will then be displayed.
- Other functionalities stay unchanged on this console (including the flow to approve timesheet items)
- Location managers are also able to approve timesheet records that have taken place at their location regardless of resources’ primary or secondary regions:
- Location(s) can be selected in the “Filter” dropdown.
- One or many locations can be selected at a time.
- Types of timesheet records (jobs, activities, shifts) can also be selected.
- Any timesheet records that have the selected location will be displayed and grouped by resources.
- Other functionalities stay unchanged on this console (including the flow to approve timesheet items)
- Cost centre’s timesheet list approval remains as is. No adjustments have been made on this feature.
- The user interfaces have also been revamped for an improved user experience.
Issues Fixed
- As part of the user interface revamp mentioned above, columns in the Timesheet List console are now responsive as the screen is zoomed in or zoomed out.
- Lookup field data was not saved while creating/editing Activity in the Timesheet console. This issue has been fixed.
- On the Scheduling console and Resource Roster console, when the job hover hit the top of the grid, full content was unable to be viewed. This issue has been fixed.
- On the Service Agreement Management console, when updating Service Agreement date, while the Service Agreement field was reloaded, the Category and Service Agreement Item fields were not refreshed. This was causing incorrect data being rendered on the front end. This issue has been fixed.
- When Allow_Select_Billable_Job was set to “False”, on the job edit, the current value stored in the database was always overwritten. This issue has been fixed so when the setting is “False”, the overriding behaviour is eliminated.
- Showing only approved availability and activities was a new feature released in HCP v1.232. This feature has been adjusted so only availability is being filtered.
- A custom setting has been added for the trigger that automatically deallocates resources from jobs when overlapping with approved unavailability. This trigger was released in HCP v1.230. This can now be turned off if this feature is not required.
- Setting name: Custom Setting > Skedulo Configs > Enable_Deallocate_Resource_Unavail
- Values: True/False
- Default value: False
- New feature, saved filters, that was released in HCP v1.232 caused the location not to populate when creating new jobs. This issue has been fixed.
